Return and Exchange Policy
Exchanges
You have a period of 10 calendar days from the delivery of the product to notify us of your intention to request an exchange. Once notified, you have an additional 5 days to send us the item.
Exchanges apply only for a product of equal or higher value. A second exchange is not allowed; only the first purchase can be exchanged.
The item must be in perfect condition, meaning it shows no signs of use, such as:
Stains or dirt.
Discoloration.
Odors not inherent to the product.
Visible signs of wear.
Additionally, the product must be sent in the same original box or packaging, including all tags and internal contents as delivered.
Once the item arrives at our workshop and its condition is verified, we will send the new product to the address provided.
Shipping from the customer to ReAll must be covered by the customer.
Shipping of the new product from ReAll to the customer will be covered by ReAll.
We strive to show 100% real images without filters, edits, or effects that alter the color or shape of the product. However, please note that the color may vary slightly depending on the type of screen or device used to view it.
Important: Products purchased on promotion or at a discount are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Returns
According to Article 47 of Colombia´s Law 1480 of 2011, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us within 5 business days from the receipt of the product.
After this period, the withdrawal will not be valid, and we will not be able to issue refunds.
After notification, you have 5 business days to send us the product, which must be:
In new condition.
Without signs of use, such as stains, odors, discoloration, or damage.
In its original packaging, with tags and complete contents.
The shipping cost to send the product to our workshop will be borne by the customer, as established by law.
The refund will be 100% of the amount paid for the product(s) and will be made only via bank transfer to the account you provide.
The refund process will begin once we have received the item and verified its condition. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on the bank, but it usually does not exceed 3 business days.
