Warranty Policy
You have a maximum period of 90 calendar days from the delivery date to notify us of any product replacement request under warranty. Once this period has passed, you have an additional 10 days to send the item to our workshop, where it will undergo inspection and validation.
Our warranty exclusively covers:
Zipper failures, such as:
Difficulty closing the slider.
Slider derailment or completely coming off the zipper.
Seams that affect the functionality of the product, specifically:
Main seams, such as zipper attachments.
Side seams of the main piece.
Handle seams (between handles or at their attachment to the main piece).
Internal pockets or dividers.
The following cases are not covered by the warranty:
Holes, tears, or punctures caused by sharp objects, friction, or contact with abrasive surfaces.
Handles detaching due to excessive weight or misuse.
Color loss, wear of prints, or fading caused by external factors, such as:
Direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Improper washing or prolonged immersion in water.
Mixing with other garments or using non-recommended cleaning products.
Validation process:
Once the item arrives at our workshop, it will be inspected within a maximum of 5 business days.
If the warranty is approved, we will send the repaired product to the customer’s address, covering both shipping costs.
If the warranty is rejected, the original product will be returned to the customer, who will be responsible for the shipping cost.
